Autodesk unterstützt Team Sonnenwagen beim härtesten Rennen für Solarfahrzeuge

The Team Sonnenwagen Aachen is the only German team to compete in the challenger class of the toughest race for solar vehicles - the Bridgstone World Solar Challenge in 2017. Autodesk supports this ambitious project of students from RWTH and FH Aachen not only with software solutions, but also with technical Know-How. Sonnenwagen Aachen is pleased about the cooperation with Autodesk GmbH, which we welcome as a silver partner among our sponsors. This cooperation has enabled us to develop our Huawei Sonnenwagen in a short time and in close cooperation in the team.The 30 th edition of the "World Solar Challenge" will take place from 8 th to 15 th October in Australia. From the starting line in Darwin, the team will race 3022 kilometers along the Stuart Highway through the Australian Outback to Adelaide. The solar car is be officially presented in Berlin on the 20 th of July.Autodesk develops software for people who want to create something. Autodesk gives users the opportunity to develop everything. Fusion 360 is a cloud-based 3D CAD / CAM / CAE platform for product development. It combines industrial design, mechanical design, machining and collaboration with colleagues and customers in a single solution.
